The Vaionde app uses Google authentication (OAuth) through Firebase.
To request deletion of your account and data, please send an email to [email protected] with the email address used for login.
You can also delete your account at any time directly within the app. Just open the menu, go to the About screen, and tap the Delete Account option.
Your account will be removed and your data anonymized or permanently deleted.
Data deleted: account identifier, saved preferences, usage history.
Data retained: anonymous data used for analytics and security, with no personal link.
The maximum time for complete deletion is up to 7 business days after the email request.
